An unfortunate reality of the player lifestyle is that nobody can be successful 100% of the time. Even the best players go through cold streaks from time to time, and they can be terribly demoralizing.
Even in these down periods, which you may well be on right now if you’re seeking out this site for the first time, it’s critical that you trust the process and your training.
However, these 5 tips can help you to get through it and come out better and stronger on the other side.
1. Hit the Gym
I know that this might seem obvious to a lot of you guys out there, but going to the gym has myriad benefits for your physical and mental health.
Of course, going to the gym is critical for your physical health as well as your physique. If you feel like your looks or body have something to do with your current cold streak, especially if you’ve put on some winter skin or some quarantine pounds, shedding some of that will help with your looks and confidence a lot.
The difference between walking up to a girl with your hands in your pockets versus walking up with the big-dick swagger that I know you want can be as simple as improving your own image of yourself. Even working out once or twice a week can improve the way you see yourself, measurably increasing your confidence and the way you will act around women you’re attracted to.
One of the biggest downsides to the inevitable cold streak is that it starts to break down your mental fortitude and you begin questioning yourself and your value overall. 2. Stay Upbeat
This can be particularly hard to do during a vicious cold streak, but it is vitally important that you stay positive throughout it.
Negative thoughts and emotions are infectious, as is positivity, but what I’ve found is that 1 part negativity can override 2 parts positivity. You have to beat away negative thoughts as best as possible, and doing things like exercise can help a lot with that.
Another thing to help with this is to spend time with your more positive friends instead of the negative ones. We all have different natural dispositions, and while I have a naturally very positive outlook, some of my very good friends have a naturally negative disposition.
Those guys are the wrong ones to hang out with while you’re going through a cold streak!
Your negative friends are more likely to reinforce the negative thoughts that will start creeping in during your hard time, and will discourage you from doing the work needed to push through it. You might even start adopting their outlooks and viewpoints on things if you aren’t careful.

The last thing you want during a cold streak is to start thinking like this – it will only extend and amplify your cold streak!

3. Keep Doing What You’re Doing
You’ve been learning game for a while now and you’ve seen a lot of good returns on your development and personal investment. When you hit the cold streak, which we all do sometimes, it can feel like a pointless grind.
Why bother doing all the work to improve yourself if you’re just going to get shut down and go home alone with your dick in your hands?
The thing to keep in mind here is that you DID start seeing improvements and get good results with these methods of game, didn’t you?
If you’ve been working hard and doing the things that I’ve taught you, learning everything you could to maximize your chances of success, then you’ll already know that it’s simply a numbers game – nobody is attractive to everyone, and your job is simply to be the best possible man to attract the best possible women. Just because you’ve hit a string of women who aren’t picking up what you’re putting down doesn’t mean that it’s not working, it just means that you’re running across that particular number set of people who aren’t interested.

I’ve seen guys who were killing it with women – being physical from the beginning, sexualizing the conversation, and taking home a different girl every night of the week – start getting desperate, needy, and generally bitching out once a cold streak hits.
We’ve all felt it. When that self-doubt starts creeping in, and you say to yourself, “Damn man, maybe all I can get is the village bicycle…”
That’s BULLSHIT and you know it!
When you let this thought start to sink in, you are inviting the beta behaviors that naturally accompany such atrocious aphorisms.
You’ll stop being sexual with her for fear of ‘scaring her off.’
You’ll stop touching her during conversation because deep down, you don’t think you deserve to touch her.
You’ll shoot yourself in the foot at every opportunity and in every conversation if you internalize this bullshit and start becoming needy.
Instead, you have to push the other way. Go harder on the sexualizing, be more touchy instead of less, ask her back to your place sooner than you normally would.
